Contest Prizes and 100th Follower Loot!

Many months ago we held a contest, and now the prizes for said contest have been painted up and are ready to ship! Deathwatch Marines were on tap, and shown above are three of the four of them. To recap our winners, here they are:
  1. Eriochrome of the excellent Sons of Twilight blog
  2. Tristan of the equally excellent GW Pertinent blog
  3. Stewart, one of the hosts of Live by the Die, Die by the Die
  4. SeƱor Vosovic, who I can't seem to link to any blog
So to the Sons of Twilight goes the tactical Dark Angel. GW Pertinent, by request, gets a Sons of Minos assault marine who still bears some of his Deathwatch armor. The Librarian goes to Stewart over at Live by the Die, Die by the Die, and finally, not shown is the heavy plasma gunner who goes to Vosovic. Vosovic, you need to put some pressure on Biscuit to get yours out the door! Thanks to everyone and remember, everyone who entered won!

Here's some closeups of two of the marines as painted by Duck Sauce. He's got a great style and his figs never disappoint. I built the Dark Angel to represent a more veteran Deathwatch trooper, and the assault trooper by request was painted mostly in the Sons of Minos color scheme. Not shown is the one I painted and you can see more of that Librarian over at this post.

But wait, there's more! Bonus material!

Our humble, little Minions blog just hit one hundred followers, and to celebrate that we rolled off for y'all during the last podcast!

Duck Sauce rolled a '94' and counting backwards from follower #100 and we got Joshua. So congrats Joshua, you win an unopened blister pack of two awesome looking Ultramarine Tyrannic War Veterans (as shown in the top pic). Prize provided courtesy of one of our very own auxiliary minions, Bagel, over at I See Lead People. Don't worry about follower #101, it was at an even hundred when we rolled. One of the hosts, Americano, signed up after that.
