err...actually, um, I don't think Chick-O-Stick's character has a cloak. I meant to point that out to him. Tenderpaws, if I remember correct, do not get to wear the cloak.
Yeah, cloaks are commonplace, even cobblers wear them, but to wear an "official" Mouse Guard cloak is something else entirely. This can just be a regular, non-mentor approved cloak.
According to the roleplaying book, Liem had become a full-fledge guard mouse. He just seemed like a tenderpaw because he was so much younger than Saxon and Kenzie.
